Upon entering through the solid bronze doors, salvaged from the opulent Palace Hotel after the1906 San Francisco Earthquake, the patron was greeted by two ornate, turn-of- the-century floor machines. They were a 1901 Caille Centaur (left) and a 1900 Mills Chicago.
