The restaurant business grew rapidly and spread into the 1967 addition, divided into the Red and Gold Rooms. Shown on the left was the Red Room a non-smoking dining room that was enhanced with a huge Budweiser Wagon, five large floor slot machines, an ornate period buffet and Uncle Sam sitting in a small ore car.

This landmark restaurant, loaded with old west memorabilia, was a long time favorite with the locals as well as visiting firemen. The Prime Rib, slow cooked, and complimented with a Spinach Salad was one of the many popular specialties of the Liberty Belle Restaurant.
